RESTAURANT & BAR
Our beach front restaurant offers regional Asian,
European, Fusion and Filipino cuisine. It offers daily
special breakfast set, lunch and dinner set menu in
addition to its A La Carte specialties. Fridays Boracay
still offers the best original Happy Hours on the island
from 3 to 6 pm with daily acoustic guitarist and

rain or shine, throughout the year on Fridays, Mondays
and Wednesdays. Fridays signature BBQ and Grill buffet
is on every Fridays. Our restaurant is famous for its
delicious food of original salads, succulent paninis,
oversized sandwiches, crusty pizza, creamy risotto,
famous pastas, day-fresh seafood and tender and tasty
steaks. This summer and at least until June, our Chef is
cooking some original food specials: Fresh Goose liver (Foie
Gras), Duck Breast (Magret de Canard), Ostrich Steak,
Lamb shank, Sea Bass and Chicken roulade. All breads,
cakes and pastries are baked in-house by our
internationally trained Pastry Chef
The
bar stocks what is the island’s most extensive selection
of wines from the old and new world which are kept in
proper cool rooms and temperature–controlled wine
cellars, original cocktails (Absolut Pinoy), spirits,
and cigars from Cuba, Dominican Republic and the
Philippines.
FRIDAYS' BORACAY
PACKAGES
ACCOMMODATION
The
rooms are in a garden setting arranged around a beach
courtyard and the swimming pool. All rooms are
distinctly native with Filipino styling – quaint yet
with modern conveniences like split-type air
conditioning, hot & cold potable water, DVD player,
cable TV, IDD & NDD telephone, fully stocked mini bar,
deluxe guest room amenities, abaca slippers, individual
electronic safety deposit box, evening turn-down
services, native hammocks and private verandah.
The
resort carries a general tropical native theme in its
rooms and facilities, with extensive use of native
materials for construction and décor.
A typical Premiere
room comes with king size bed, either one or two single
day or massage beds, large screen (27-inch) television,
bathrobes, welcome fruit baskets and complimentary tea
and coffee service.
There are a total of 34 native
cottage styled rooms with walls of woven bamboo ribbons,
framed mats, thatch roofs, gleaming wooden floors.
Six
new additional Premier Rooms were recently completed.
Located up the stairs from the swimming pool, these
luxurious, circular rooms with an area of 80sqm have a
private verandah, a very large bathroom with elegant
bath tub and showers facing large floor-to-ceiling
windows overlooking lush tropical landscaping. These new
rooms have the same original Fridays atmosphere and
concept. From the 2nd floor, guests have splendid sea
view overlooking the present rooms of Fridays. The rooms
at the 2nd floor have a cathedral ceiling which makes it
more elegant. Total land area of the resort is about one
hectare.
In
addition to the 40 rooms in the resort, the company also
manages a seven-room villa adjacent to its property.
This villa has one premier and 6 deluxe rooms. Although
smaller in room space, guests can still enjoy the same
amenities and superb service in the villa. Three other
private residences nearby are also available for the use
of resort guests under special arrangement.
FUNCTION ROOM
While
not a business hotel, the resort has facilities for
small conferences for about 40 persons. Fridays was the
first to offer Broadband Internet to its guests.
Likewise,
the resort is now offering Wireless Internet access (WIFI)
services not only in one hot spot but anywhere within
the resort, including - the beach, restaurant, swimming
pool area, conference rooms and in all rooms including
its verandah. This is another technology advancement for
Fridays Boracay which will be very suitable to mobile
guests.

interruptions due to technical problems that AKELCO
might encounter, the resort is capable of providing
about one megawatt of electricity using its own
self-generating facilities.
It maintains a permanent full-time staff of 70 which is
augmented by about 20 temporary hires during high and
peak seasons.
Front and back office systems as well as reservations
